Fintech Startups in the Fintech Startup Accelerator program will showcase and pitch to investors in the Eagles Ring, The Sci-bono Discovery Centre on Wednesday, 15 March. This come after FinTech Startup Accelerator hosted a 16-week programme which commenced in December 2022. The 16 Fintech startups that were initially enrolled from the beginning of the programme went through an intensive venture studio to hone the startups to now having 11 strong fintech startup teams. Startups engaged on various topics and met amazing entrepreneurs and received positive feedback from the judges. Read more.

The Startup Business Campus has officially announced the Startup Business Festival under the theme “Launch Fest”, a hybrid event that will take place from November the 1 to the 30 of 2022, at The Mills 66 Carr St, Newtown Johannesburg. In keeping with the spirit of Global Entrepreneurship Week (18th – 24th November 2022), the Startup Business Campus with the collaborative effort of The Business Clinic has endeavored to host a month-long Startup Business Festival (a build up from 2021) in celebration of the impactful work done by its stakeholders and the entrepreneurial community at large. In a bid to encourage the youth about business opportunities in the water, biodiversity and environment sector, Imvelisi’s programme aims to assist young environment-driven enterpreneurs who want to develop and grow their businesses in the green sector. Imvelisi is a partnership initiative between GreenMattersZA and the South African Young Water Professional  (YWP) Network, partnered by the Department of Science and Technology.
